  • As good as the rest! After experiencing our first defeat of the season afortnight ago we have regained our credibility today against 2 dales as one of the best teams in the league. The game produced some entertaining and high quality football from both teams and was played in very good spirit.  Im sure you would agree we always play to win , however producing a draw from such a good game felt a fair and pleasing result. We played individually and as a team as well as i can remember with  an outstanding display from the defenders including as usual the goalkeeper. Well done to Liam for scoring 2 great goals and well done to the rest of the team for giving him the chance ...

  • Well done again! A very defensive Carperby team proved more of a battle than we may have anticipated. Although we never looked as though we would lose the game Carperby certainly came to battle with a score of 1-1 after 5 minutes, we kept our heads to eventually win 4-1.  Well done to Liam with his hatrick and Callum who Carperby voted man of the match. We passed well and all worked hard . Richard gets the bravery award for being the Carperby punch bag! Hope your heads better along with all your other injuries. Speaking of injuries it was nice to see T.J watching the game . I understand his pot is off now and we all look forward to your ...

  • Well done again ! Yet another dominant performance resulting in a convincing win over Richmond Town this week ( 9 - 1 ) closes the goal difference to match Spenny at 20+ . At last we are top of the league which you should all individually and as a team feel very proud. Kyle did a great job in centre mid having never played there before and Liam stepped in as striker in the abscence of T.J . Between them they scored 7 goals, Liam scoring 5, although im sure he would admit he could thank  Oli for one as he "helped" Oli's shot in.   Well done all of you.   Ifound a Mcenzie black jacket in the bib bag. I will bring it on saturday.   Pete.

  • Well done under unfortunate circumstances!    All was going better than expected. We were totally outclassing our opponents again with brilliant football and team work. Sadly however, during the match,  our star striker TJ received a nasty injury to his leg resulting in a trip to hospital. Thankfully his leg is not broken however is badly sprained. We all wish you a speedy recovery TJ.                     We also said goodbye today to Reece , a great player who once again gave 100% effort and produced a real Captains performance. A big thank you to you Reece, you will be missed, as will your stepdad Jason.  Thank you Jason for passing on your knowledge and experience and for all your help . Good luck to you all in your new ...

  • U12s: 4 games, 4 wins What a fantastic start to our season! 4 games, 4 wins. We have nearly as many points as we got all last season! We are really working as a team now and passing the ball really well. Its great to see TJ back and with the arrival of Kyle it is just adding strength to an already strong team. Each and every player deserves the success we have had up to now with the work and effort each player produces, and the belief that we can beat anybody is becoming a reality. There is no weak link in the team now, every player does his job brilliantly and you seem to improve every week. Special mention to Ryan who is ...
