New Club Shop Now Open

We are pleased to announce that our new online club shop is now open. CVJFC have partnered with local sportswear specialists mysportswear of Darlington to bring a new facility closer to our parents. Following on from the successful partnership for our Soccer Tots training kit, we have now transferred the rest of the club to mysportswear and offer a new training kit manufactured by Macron.

Italian sportswear giants Macron currently provide official kits for many professional sports teams worldwide. Through mysportswear we are able to offer training kits, leisurewear and accessories for parents to purchase with an exceptional customer service. Full details can be found on our new Club Shop webpage. You are able to order online or by visiting mysportswear in Darlington where their team of staff will be happy to assist with ensuring that you order the correct size for your child.

Note that whilst we do encourage players to purchase and wear official club training kits (they look smart and provide great value for money) for training activities it is not mandatory.

Match kit will be provided by the Club as usual.

Player Registrations

In preparation of when we are able to resume footballing activities, we opened our online registration form for signing up your child to play for CVJFC. The new season 2020/21 sees the FA requiring clubs to ensure that all players are registered on their Whole Game System.

On behalf of CVJFC, Daz (U14 Coach) will be ensuring that this is done.

We ask that you sign your players up as soon as possible so most of the work can be done before resuming footballing activities and to ensure players are covered by FA Insurance policies.

It is an FA requirement that players must be registered for the club to be insured when taking part in any footballing activities for CVJFC.

At this stage we are NOT requiring FEES to be paid to register or take part in training sessions. Fees and when they are to be paid wil be discussed by the Club Management Committee in the coming weeks as we begin to understand the likely activities available.

FA Update - 18/07/20

Following the announcement by the FA on Saturday 18/07/20 confirming the return of grassroots sports, we ask that parents be patient whilst we digest this news and put things in place. We have already seen a phased return for the older ages of the club where this now changes things for those squads. We will announce more in the next week or so to update you all on the steps that are to be taken by the club for the return of football.
