Our Roses squad is comprised of Girls only, aged 12-16 years old

Training is on Monday and Thursday evenings 18:00 - 19:30 

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the session starts and ensure you have:

• A Drink

• Shin-Pads

• Appropriate Clothing for the weather
