REGISTRATIONS 2024/25
Player Registrations 2024/25
This page is to explain and enable Player Registrations for the 2024/25 season that starts in September 2024.
All children taking part in activities at CVJFC must be registered.
For the new season we have once again teamed up with TeamFeePay. TeamFeePay is an online club management system and payment platform that is designed to help sports clubs with the collection, management and accountability of their club data and finance. TeamFeePay has been designed by a group of individuals that run a junior football club to assist others in cutting down on the amount of administration time required by clubs volunteers.
As CVJFC continues to grow, the TeamFeePay system will be vital for the Club Secretary and Treasurer to enable them to reconcile payments efficiently.
Registration Process
Previously we have used an online form to collect the signing on information. The TeamFeePay system is digital and fully GDPR compliant. To start the registration of your child, please go to the teams page of the website and follow the squad page link relevant to your child's school year where you will see the contact details for that squads coach. Contact the coach for the registration link for their squad.

As part of the registration process you are asked to adhere to the code of conducts that are set out by the FA. These are available to view via the following links
Fees & Payments
Fees for the new season have been agreed by the Management Committee. Once again, there has been no increase in the fees, at a time where everything else is increasing the club felt it only fair that we tried not to. Fees for the season are as follows.
U7, U8, U9 and U10 = 10 monthly payments of £20 plus £10 registration sign-on fee (One off payment of £210) or one payment of £10 paid upon registration and then 10 payments of £20 paid on the 1st of the month (Sep 2024 - June 2025)
U11, U12, U13, U14, U15, U16 and U17 Roses = 10 monthly payments of £25 plus £10 registration sign-on fee (One off payment of £260) or one payment of £10 paid upon registration and then 10 payments of £25 paid on the 1st of the month (Sep 2024 - June 2025)
Men's and Roses Ladies = 10 monthly payments of £25 plus £10 registration sign-on fee (One off payment of £260) or one payment of £10 paid upon registration and then 10 payments of £25 paid on the 1st of the month (Sep 2024 - June 2025)
Roses (Girls Only) U13 and U15 = TBC when we see what uptake we have had for the sessions over the Summer and know what level of training and matches are to be provided for the season
For any families with 2 or more children playing in teams where we collect a monthly payment, we will once again offer a 30% discount for child 2 (youngest) onwards. Your oldest child will be charged at the full rate.
Note: SoccerTots (2/3 year olds) and the SMSC (U5 & U6s) fees are collected as cash on attendance. For details of the cost for attending these sessions please visit the teams webpage on this site.
All other age groups fees are collected via a Payment Plan which will be setup during the new registration process. There is a one off £10 Sign-on fee paid when completing registration.
You will have the option during the registration process to pay a one off fee or to sign up to a 10 monthly payment plan at no extra cost.
Your Payment Plans for the Season just finished (23/24) will now have stopped
If you have any queries regarding fees from the last season please email accounts@catterickvillagejfc.net
You may notice on the new system that the registration and payments are now setup as Catterick Village Sports Association. If you are a UK taxpayer this gives the option of you allowing the CVSA to claim Gift Aid on the payments that you make as they are a registered charity and the JFC isn't.
Please support us by allowing the gift aid to be claimed and help raise vital funds (the CVSA will be able to claim an additional 25% from HMRC from each payment you make) for the upkeep of the fantastic facility that we have the pleasure of being able to use for all CVJFC training and matches. This helps us keep our fees down each year due to the monies that the CVSA can reclaim through Gift Aid.
If you encounter any problems when completing the registration system please contact Darren (Player Registration Officer) who will be happy to help, by emailing darren@catterickvillagejfc.net
