Our Roses sessions are comprised of Girls only, aged 12-17 years old

Training is on Monday and Wednesday evenings 18:00 - 19:30 

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the session starts and ensure you have:

• A Drink

• Shin-Pads

• Appropriate Clothing for the weather

Further details of training and matches are posted weekly within our squads WhatsApp group. To become a member of this group please text one of the coaches below with details of who you are and the player you represent and they will add you to the group.
